• We provide all the art supplies (aprons and tabletop easels) and step by step demonstrated instructions. Most images are pre-drawn and/or a template is provided when applicable.​

•  Everyone paints the same item (ie. canvas or glassware or signs) and the same image.

• Our studio is BYOB (beer and wine) and/or food. Wine and bottle openers, cups and paper goods are provided.​​

• ​An additional room rental fee $50/hour will be required if party time goes beyond the recommended painting time or if additional time for setup or clean up is needed.

• ​A deposit equal to double the per person cost (for example, for a 2 hour canvas studio event, $40 pp, the deposit is $80)  is required to complete the reservation. The deposit will be applied to final payment.

• Cancellation Policy - We hope you don’t have to cancel your event, but we understand things come up! We just ask that you let us know as soon as you can. If you cancel 14+ days in advance, we will gladly refund your deposit.

• Total guest headcount must be confirmed 3 days prior to the event. Full payment from guests will be collected at the beginning of the Paint pARTy made by cash, check or credit card.

• For offsite pARTies, you must supply tables and chairs. Depending on the travel distance, we charge an additional $5-$10 pp travel fee.
