Kids Birthday pARTy at the Studio

$300 for 8 party guests minimum. $20 for each additional guest. Recommended for ages 6 and up.

• You have  the studio for 2 hours  for your private pARTy. Approximately 1  to 1  1/2 hours painting time (11"x14" canvas panel).  Most images are pre-drawn with step by step instructions demonstrated. 

• We provide the painting supplies including aprons.

• You provide the cake/ice cream, food of your choice and decorations.

• The birthday child chooses the image to paint.  Painting ideas can be viewed on our GALLERY page.

• Tablecloths, paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, candles, ice cream scoop, and cake cutter are provided. We have a small dorm size freezer and refrigerator.

• May arrive up to 30 minutes prior to setup but 15 minutes prior is recommended.

• ​An additional room rental fee $50/hour will be required if party time goes beyond the recommended painting time or if additional time for setup or clean up is needed.

• A $50 deposit is required to complete your reservation.  Deposit will be applied to final payment. 

• Cancellation Policy - We hope you don’t have to cancel your event, but we understand things come up! We just ask that you let us know as soon as you can. If you cancel 14+ days in advance, we will gladly refund your deposit.

• Please advise guests to wear clothing that is okay to get paint on since the acrylic paint does not wash out once dry.​
